Order Processing & Turnaround Time (TAT)
At Daly Design Co., all items are handmade and made to order. Our current turnaround time (TAT) is 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated.
Business days are Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and major holidays, and these days do not count toward processing times.
Shipping Policy
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please note that Daly Design Co. is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, damaged packages, weather-related delays, or delivery issues that occur after the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier. Any shipping concerns should be addressed directly with the carrier.
Shipping times are estimates and are separate from our processing/turnaround time.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
If you receive an item that is defective due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.
Privacy Policy
Daly Design Co. respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfill your order, including your name, shipping address, email address, and payment information.
Your personal information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, and provide shipping services.
